Cong takes jibe at Rs 5 entry fee to Modi rally Congress on Tuesday slammed Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi for Rs 5 'registration' fee for public meeting in Hyderabad, accusing the saffron party for "monetizing democracy" by collecting a "listening tax".
