when the s-1 form is complete, i assume we should be able to sell, keeping in mind:
1. uplisting to NYSE alternext
2. underwriter has been selected and released in PR
are we looking at AUGUST/SEPTEMBER for the sale of our shares?
feel free to enlighten me. this has been a great (and profitable) education!
