I'm not sure, I had trouble downloading on ipad because I used safari browser and can't get adobe on it. Haven't tried the computer but on my phone its like a tv with multiple channels and one of the channels is otc mc. I would think it would be the same on the computer so if you are seeing feeds on the channels right now then I guess your good but if you don't then I think more is required. Did you go to account at the top and go to the bottom of the page where there are instructions to download adobe and openvision? If not try that.
