About listing of AS Baltika additional shares Tall

According to the decision made by the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn on July 15, 2013, the 5,000,000 additional shares of AS Baltika will be listed in the Baltic Main List after the following conditions are met:
- the issued shares (ISIN: EE3100003609) have been transferred to the securities account of the new investor in Estonian CSD;
- after meeting the aforementioned condition, the Company has submitted the respective report to the exchange.
The aforementioned conditions are met as of July 16, 2013. Proceeding from the above, the 5,000,000 additional shares of AS Baltika will be listed in the Baltic Main List starting tomorrow, July 17, 2013. Thus, altogether 40,794,850 shares of AS Baltika (ISIN: EE3100003609) will be traded under the trading code BLT1T as of tomorrow.
