SOUTHLAKE, Texas, July 16, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: DFRG ), the owner and operator of the Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, Sullivan's Steakhouse, and Del Frisco's Grille restaurant concepts, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed secondary public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock. The underwriters will have a 30 day option from the date of the offering to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares. All shares will be offered by the Company's largest shareholder, an affiliate of Lone Star Funds. Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares.

Deutsche Bank Securities, Piper Jaffray, and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company and Raymond James are serving as co-managers for the offering.
