Rights group retains international firm to serve summons of US court on Badal The New York based human rights group "Sikhs for Justice" (SFJ) has announced to serve the outstanding US federal court summons on Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal in India through Hague Service Convention in a case of human rights violations filed against him in a Wisconsin court.
