Totally agree man. Its totally irrelevant and was proven irrelevant by Berkely Bio's response. You are right, just trying to bring up one of the last remaining hopes they have to scare investors. Just sick of listening to those clowns and would love nothing more then to cram an email from dale down their throats to prove them wrong yet again.

At this point they are clinging to a so called email from Dale and our contracts. Out of the probably 100+ items they have thrown against the wall and all 100+ theories disproved, their list really has dwindled down to just a few items. Those few items will soon be thrown out the window as well. SKTO is going to be huge.
