Satish Chandra Verma may have to explain 26/11 remark The Centre will ask Gujarat cadre IPS officer Satish Chandra Verma for an explanation over allegations made against him by former home ministry official R V S Mani, who quoted him as saying that the terror attack on Parliament and 26/11 carnage in Mumbai were “orchestrated” by the government.
