VDSC, special dividend of spinoff! need to buy this week! 1 share off spinoff IMAG (going public soon) for every 164 shares of VDSC. We expect update any day with more details. VDSC had 2 mergers already and will be launching cruise ship and expect $7 million in revenue the first 6 months from it.
