Gorkha Janmukti Morcha leader’s widow wants CBI removed from murder case probe More than three years after All India Gorkha League leader Madan Tamang was hacked to death in Darjeeling allegedly by ruling Gorkha Janmukti Morcha men, his widow told the Supreme Court on Monday that she had no faith in the CBI to carry out a fair probe and prosecution in the case.
