Everyone makes their own assumptions, some erroneous, some correct.
From my perspective:
It's for me as an individual trader /investor to try to read between the lines of what Chris Clarke and Oren Manelis think with respect to repayment timelines and how the repayments will be financed.
What is important then as a trader / investor are proofs of the assumptions (audited financials, proof of revenues through debt repayment, S-1 filing, 10-Q's, 8-K's, etc.). IMO those currently lacking facts are good reasons not to buy CYBK at present, and simply wait until the audits are released.
As an individual debtholder: what possible difference could it make whether the financials are audited or not? The key is being repaid principal + interest (and being closed out of the debt), not the audits. Hypothetically speaking the debtholder could be repaid tomorrow while the audits would be completed one month later.
Please explain in the event I've mis-understood your comments.
