Sanoma sells its real estate at Bulevardi 12 – 1

Sanoma has today sold its ownership in real estate companies Kiinteistö Oy Bulevardi 12 and Kiinteistö Oy Bulevardi 14 to a private real estate developer. Companies operating in premises at the moment, including Sanoma Pro, will remain as tenants until further notice.
The divestment is in line with Sanoma's strategy to focus its operations and divest selected ownerships.
