Conditional listing of AS Baltika additional share

Today, on July 15, 2013, the Management Board of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn decided to approve the additional listing application by AS Baltika and to list its 5 000 000 additional shares in the Baltic Main List after the following conditions are met:
- the issued shares (ISIN: EE3100003609) have been transferred to the securities account of the new investor in Estonian CSD;
- after meeting the aforementioned condition, the Company has submitted the respective report to the exchange.
Trading with the additional shares of AS Baltika will start on the next trading day after meeting the aforementioned conditions.
