Could be-there should be a hearing to address CWRN's motion to dismiss the Tx case for lack of jurisdiction soon and if that is successful-as it should be-that would simplify things by consolidating everything in Calif-which is where the JVA was signed - and the JVA declared Calif as the proper jurisdiction- as I posted at length before
