I continue to think about Marcum LLP becoming SIRG's new accounting firm and while I don't know all the details, I don't believe they would have accepted SIRG as a client without a thorough vetting process. I know they would have reviewed all the SIRG filings and SIRG must have passed muster.

SIRG is in the mining industry and that is not one of their featured industries.
