Take bold stand in favour of Lankan Tamils: Jaya to PM Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has appealed to the Centre to take a bold stand in support of Tamil minorities in Sri Lanka in the wake of the Lankan government’s move to constitute a parliamentary select committee to review the 13th amendment to the constitution.
