The acquisition is to be finalised before the end of 2013. The supervisory board of ISARIA Wohnbau AG approved the acquisition today. Formed in 2009, One Group is an issuing house for project development funds. In the future, these will invest in Munich in the project pipeline of ISARIA Wohnbau AG. In other German cities, One Group will continue to cooperate with other project developers. In addition, ISARIA and One Group plan to work together in other business lines, too.
