I agree. I would have made the audited fins from Pierce Fleming my first priority. However, if he is truly going to file an S-1 for CYBK, it is better to roll in the companies from Oren Minellis with those numbers audited in the financials therefore giving true value to CYBK with assets, revenues and profits. Since the deal is for Pierce to take his fledgling limo business, those crappy liabilities and poor revenues are removed from the financials. So perhaps we are going to see "before" and "after" audited financials for CYBK, one for DNYS and one for the new CYBK. The S-1 would be the "after" audited financials and that is when the real run to 50 cents would start if the assets, revenues and profits are as good as many believe they will be.

All this is my opinion and could be way off, but just a guess for now how this will be playng out.
