Jayalalithaa asks Centre to take 'bold stand' against Sri Lanka on 13th Amendment issue The 13th Amendment is part of the 1987 India-Sri Lanka Accord, whereby Colombo agreed to devolve some authority to provinces, but now giving signs that it may repeal it.
