$WPNV We have already highlighted the blatant manipulation by short MM and now heading into their 28th day with a Reg SHO or a failure to deliver flag – www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WPNV/short-sales . Shorts continue to fail to provide and orderly market, but one thing is definite, shorts day’s are numbered and will soon be forced to cover millions of shares at any cost – this where the XTREME gains are made
