Hello MPIX'ers! There's a lot to think about with the restated fins that came out yesterday. At this point in time the O/S is at 1,302,049,417. The company ( MPIX ) is seeking the return of 522,127,878 shares from Emax Media Inc. & Afilliates. The poblem? They don't know if they are still in possession of these shares. That answer will come in time. If MPIX cannot retrieve these shares ( some or all ) then they will obtain fair compensation for the issuance of these shares. How will MPIX get the compensation owed to them? There was a licensing agreement between Emax Media Inc., and/or Emax Media Group. and Mindpix to exchange 400 million shares in the amended merger agreement dated 5-31-11 for the licensing rights to the music library of 17,500 original music masters. In a filing dated 8-25-12 on page 21 you can read the amended merger agreement dated 6-22-12 by former MPIX manager David Ballif. There are also nine entities on page 46 that show how the 400 million shares are allocated. Twenty five million shares belong to Emax Worldwide ( EMXC ) the other 375 million shares belong elsewhere but still to Emax Media Group. I'll post the link at the bottom so all can see it for themselves. One question I would have for MPIX management is if these nine entities are still valid? If they are, then there is hope that EMXC shareholders will one day in my opinion of course, regain monies lost due to the SEC shutdown of Emax Worldwide ( EMXC ). As revenues are generated by the New Management T.E.A.M. going forward at MPIX, Emax Media in time must compensate the company ( MPIX ) or return those shares specified. I'm of the opinion that many of those shares have been sold. For anyone wondering what the future holds for MPIX shareholders I will refer you to each biography of our corporate leaders. Rick Garson, Victor Seigel, Saul Federman etc.. I expect some type of shareholder update very near term. Hang in there MPIX'ers! We don't have the likes of former management to contend with. New management took about two months to sort through the old filings to calculate the numbers. It has been written and published. We now move forward and will see how fast they will grow shareholder value with any and all projects that come their way. Here is the filing link. look at page 46 to see all nine entities for 400 million shares. http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportView...p;id=89133
