BT, no offense and you know I have the utmost respect for you, but I have to say I appreciate AD1's honestly.  I'm sure many followers of this message board share the same concerns as those communicated byAD1, yet for some reason do not feel comfortable posting those concerns on this message board.  I too thought the Messi and Friends event would generate major revenue for MPIX.

ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Numero 5, Mindpix Corporation (OTC Pink: MPIX) and ZZYX Entertainment, LLC (ZZYX) today announced that they have signed an agreement to develop "Messi and Friends" an all-star soccer event featuring Lionel Messi to be held at Chicago's Soldier Field on July 6, 2013.

Based on the the 1st paragraph above, from the press release dated Feb, 20th, they announced MPIX/ZZYZ in conjunction with Numero 5, would develop the event.  I interpreted that to mean MPIX/ZZYZ would play a major role in orchestrating the event, which of course meant generating revenues for MPIX.

From what I remember from the concert @ the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, which by the way was a significant accomplishment, that event was supposed to give the company exposure and prove to shareholders they could complete an announced project.  We both know had it not been for Rick Garson, that event would probably have been a total failure just like all the other projects announced by the old management group.

I think many shareholders including myself, naturally assumed/hoped ZZYZ would provide for a fee, live streaming coverage of the event in Chicago, since that's what they do.  Based on my conversation with the promoter of the California event, coverage by ESPN was not part of the original plan.

I was told by Ada, that MPIX/ZZYZ negotiated a deal with CCTV for coverage in China.  Did MPIX receive any money from that deal.  Guess we won't know until the 3rd Qtr. financials are published.

Companies are in business to generate revenue and hopefully make a profit.  I'm not trying to be critical but, here we are @ month 7th in 2013 and as far as I can see, still no significant revenue and profit.   I understand the new team only took over in April and need time to clean up the mess made by the old group, which we continue to see proof of their efforts.

I know I rely on and value input from others on this message board and hope this message board can be used for open and honest discussions without the fear of being criticized for being honest about our fears, concerns and frustrations.  I think most here are hoping for some insight into what we might expect from the new management team going forward.  That's where we need each others input and knowledge to assure each other that hopefully the new team can right this ship and turn it into a profitable company.

I appreciate input from everyone posting on this message board and hope to see more updates soon to give shareholders a better understanding of the projects they have have been working on the past few months.
