The AS is 1,875,000,000
The OS was 800,000,000 and has increased but nothing like what has been portrayed on the Iscam MB. The OS has only increased to pay for the associated costs related to the audit and Up-Listing to OTCQB as well as costs associated to getting our products purchased and installed. Ray is being very fiscally responsible with the company's money and expenses. He's not living high on the hog nor wasting money.

Everyone must keep in mind that were in the middle of a Form 10Q process with the Up-Listing and Ray has been advised by legal councel to not make any changes or statements that could affect the process. Energy-1 has already met all it's reporting requirements to date.
