yeah, I relate, had help from Sunny to do my Avatar.  I tend to be simple and straight forward, (to me anyway)......I search, do email, basic notepad or word for notes, that's about it on the computer.  That accomplishes most needs I have for it......rest help is appreciated.

Job experience, mostly retail management, (store level).  Sunny is an Engineer.  Think it's good to know a person's skillset.  Knowledge of a person's background is helpful in determining relevance of what is said. That's why I kick stuff back to Sunny for confirmation, (glad to help with the labor of looking).  A person's footsteps will tell you about who or what they are.  Regardless of skills, it's hard to beat straight forward simplified logical thinking imo.

Things like that help the board shake out and get the best information available from those most qualified.......still leaves plenty of room for contributions w/o stress of having to know all of the subject matter.
