from your 2nd link-Max has some similar info in posts 40,87 and 117 of his trading posts 101 board I've posted here before- important to us because their group targeted cwrn -and even admitted they went against crwn when the sec cattle complaint of 7 or 8 co's came out june 4,2012  because cwrn was the only real co in the bunch-and thus the only co they could profit off of by shorting---how does shorting /destroying real co's fit into  a crusade against  fraud when such shorting/shouting of shout fires they know are not true or misrepresent imo is fraud-an intent to defraud longs
