Cash-in-bag: HC gives 10 days to CBI court to frame charges against justice Nirmal Yadav Justice Paramjeet Singh passed these orders while disposing of a letter received from special CBI judge Vimal Kumar. The CBI judge had requested for 15 days to decide on framing of charges against Justice Yadav.
