'We can reach $50 billion textile exports' Textiles minister Kavuri Samba Siva Rao has hit the ground running, lining up measures across the value chain - from cotton growers to textile mills and garment exporters. In an interview, Rao who took charge last month tells TOI that he will give special emphasis to exports and has set a target of reaching $50 billion.
