There are posters over there that cry about their loss

There are posters over there that cry about their loss when they openly admit they were at fault . It is very easy to cry over lost money over there and blame it on some one else  . They don't know how to trade/invest and should have their money in a bank or let their mommy hold it..

This is a post in response to one .

Quote:

"This is pennyland"

I know , and its obvious there are many that should not dabble .
My "That's just silly" comment was taken totally out of context .
I understand you more now ..

Quote:
"The audit was something to look forward to and if it offers
a decent entry point (.0005 /.0004 last spring) then that's
when you buy and sell into the news...."

You were looking to trade bags with some one . Thats ok it gets done all the time , and can still be a win-win . I also on occasion will use that tactic .

Quote:
"I do expect certain things to be done as promised,"

Nothing was PROMISED .Can not make that any clearer !!! and if you still believe it was you should not be trading .

Quote:
"PROJECTIONS"

now your talking ..
so for now on replace "Promises" with "Projections" and a little understanding of the difference , and we can put this to rest ..

Quote:
"Well if you want to call it a dumb decision, I won't even make
a further comment! "

What the hell are you talking about ?

I wrote : "If a point in time was to arise that I did not know what was going on I would have sold my position as I have in many others . That is just one reason I'm not crying about a dumb decision I made ."

Don't take what I say out of context to meet your needs ..

Quote:
"And regarding the R/S, the SS was increased about three times
the original amount, these shares from what I remember were
to build the company and bring in the Chinese."

So what do you believe they were used for ?

Quote:
"with the AG industry having a great year "

That is were your DD is off as much as others on this board . Maybe you get your DD from here . I don't know. But if you or anyone looked a little further than what you wanted to find you would know as I that that statement is completely wrong in relation to the size of the company we are talking about and many others like it ...

Quote:
"He was flat out asked if there was a R/S in tytn's future...
his comment was that there was:
NOT ANY PLANS TO DO A R/S! "

You must be new ....As Projections are subject to events that happen to and around a company so are plans .

Quote:
"from what I've been reading here they seem to have
known about the R/S before it actually became public knowledge. "

Quote:
"When dealing with these types of plays one usually could
expect a R/S or two"

You can't have it both ways ..You ether know what your doing as a trader in penny land or you don't .

Quote:
When dealing with these types of plays one usually could
expect a R/S or two but from what was on the plate last year
with the AG industry having a great year I think many expected
TYTAN to actually sell some product as ML kept saying that
new shipments were constantly coming in.

This statement would make a good argument to hold or even add to a position in that it may be compelling evidence that a R/S would not happen , and in fact there may be the possibility of a buy back , BUT once again your DD was flawed . The truth of the matter is (if proper DD was performed) the AG industry at the sales level of company's similar to Tytan was not doing well at all . So IMO actions that were taken by some because of what others may think was not public knowledge was actually the foresight (due to proper DD) to see the possibility's of what may happen .

In relation to the above:

Quote:
from what I've been reading here they seem to have
known about the R/S before it actually became public knowledge.[/
quote]

Diamond_Dog
I am truly sorry to hear of your fathers Passing . We all at times go though it . It is never easy .
The way it can effect the lives of the loved ones involved is immeasurable .
My deepest condolences .
I am sorry , but all emotions aside :

Quote:
"So yes when company projections aren't hit it usually is a
good time to exit and normally I would have"

Quote:
"my mind wasn't in the game for months"

Quote:
"I wasn't paying as good attention at
that time."

Quote:
"I received a few updates from people during that
time and from what they gathered this was heading in the
right direction. "

As sad as the tragic events that happened in ones personal life may cause one to weaken the attention one would normally have on lesser important tasks it is not an escape from were the fault lies if poor performance is incurred .
IMO one should lighten up on ML and TYTN .
