Actually that is true for 90% of the OTC stocks and 100% of the pinks. SIRG has a great BOD and mining claims but without funding and permits it is high risk.
A CEO should have a track record of running a successful company and I will never invest in another company with a rookie at bat!
I could name dozens of failed companies managed by CEOs who have failed at every attempt to build a successful profitable company!
