Man are you right on.  Unfortunately they not only fumbled, they lost the damn ball.  But maybe someone kicked some tail and got them headed in the right direction.  Someone called the other day and they always say what Treaty has screwed up on.  And I tell them to consider only the last four situations.  And my list of that is:

1.  Bankruptcy petition,   Gone, NADA, done,   and   Treaty won!

2.  Drilled the SJ#3 and hey, it's been drilled and now is being finished up with potential opportunity.  (Hey, would they spend the money on cementing if they didn't have some pretty good idea they just might have something?)

3.  Drilled and completed the Mitchell #3 and it's PUMPING OIL

4.  Drilled and completed the Mitchell #4 and it's PUMPING OIL

So, as I reminded him of the last FOUR CONSECUTIVE POSITIVE ACTIONS BY TREATY, he got the message.  Heck, Green Bay was a poor team for a long time, then Lombardi came in, and well, you know the story from there.  And look at the Miami Dolphin,  Shula takes over a team going nowhere and begins to win Super Bowls.  Now, don't get giddy and think I've gone off the rocker.  No, Treaty doesn't have anyone of that caliber on their management team, but at least they are getting back to MOVING IT FORWARD.  And now if the SJ#3 can become a producer,  WOW!   If you're not ready,.... You better GET READY!
