Why would HIMR use a live teleconference or perhaps live TV for this news? Perhaps it is something they want the world to hear, otherwise they would release a normal PR. This will cost them some bucks but obviously they know how big this will be and consider it a profitable investment. We may witness an historic run-up coming.
