Jack, though sometimes I think you must have horns & a pitchfork, I agree with you whole-heartedly on that one. For anyone to think that bashing or comments on boards have no effect on pps is bizarre to me. That would be like saying smear campaigns have no effect on voter turnout or voter decisions. It's all relative.
I witnessed a very good company's stock tank by more than .50 in less than a week (pretty sure it was) on a very misleading and inaccurate blog posting. And although the company defended itself immediately and a subsequent refutation by a fellow blogger was released, the stock has not recovered. Nor will it until further clinical's are released. Really sucks, too since the momentum was in place to such a degree I was seeing lots of green. Thankfully, I was gone fishin' when it all started to unfold so didn't witness it in its entirety. I may have cut my wrists had I endured it all.
It is all relative!
Oh, and unfortunately, Jack is spot on with the dilution. Koos did increase. But, I have my own take on that that might differ from many.
