Pizza Inn to Expand Operations in Four States DALL

DALLAS, July 11, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flash Market Inc. has operated five Pizza Inn restaurants in Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee since 2009. The experience has been so rewarding, they have decided to expand. Big time.

Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: PZZI ), the international chain renowned for its wide variety of delicious traditional and specialty pizzas at affordable prices, announced today that it has awarded 10 new franchise units to Flash Market, Inc. The new Pizza Inn Express restaurants will be located in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Flash Market owns and operates 80 convenience-store locations across the Southeast, with 35 different restaurant concepts represented. The company currently operates one Pizza Inn restaurant in Lebanon, TN, another in Cave City, AR, a location in Saraland, AL, and two units in Marion, AR. The 10 new Pizza Inn units will be integrated into the company's existing locations.
