Bull I beg to differ, there has to be more than just disgruntled people and losers who happen to be well enough versed to be able to continuously wreak havoc on a company with tortuous interference via message boards, calling regulatory agencies, business partners, etc etc. these people may be losers but they are being paid to pull all this crap to try to put teco out of business .
They are working a several pronged attack including the company shareholders, partners , regulators, court system amongst other avenues.
And a lot of it would start to go away with oil. I have to say treaty has defended itself but it is costing us shareholders big time.
