Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-07-11 13:42 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Sanita AB shares (SAN1L, ISIN code: LT0000106171) from July 12, 2013 (inclusive).
The trading will be suspended on the request of the issuer due to ongoing final transfer of shares pursuing the decision of the Vilnius City Local Court (On June 6, 2013 the Vilnius City Local Court adopted a judgement in the case according to the claim of the Company’s shareholder Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. regarding making of the entries in the securities’ accounts on the transfer of ownership). Orders in Sanitas AB orderbook will be flushed.
