Procedures for listing additional shares of AS Baltika
Tallinn, 2013-07-11 11:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --
Based on the documents received on July 10, 2013, NASDAQ OMX Tallinn started the procedures for listing 5,000,000 additional shares of AS Baltika on the Baltic Main List. As of today, altogether 35,794,850 shares of AS Baltika are listed on the Baltic Main List.
The resolutions made during the listing procedure will be published separately.
