Landslide crushes house in Uttarakhand, seven of family dead At least seven members of a family were buried alive on Wednesday after a rain-triggered landslide flattened their single-storey house at Bhikona village under Pokhri block in Chamoli district. Along with Rudrapryag and Uttarkashi, Chamoli was among the districts worst-hit during last month’s flash floods in Uttarakhand.
