World Assurance Group Inc. is a holding company that currently operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries: CellAd, a digital media company based in Ireland operating in the global mobile advertising industry and ANAV Holdings Corporation, a development stage real estate investment company in the United States.

CellAd has developed, along with its partners, a revolutionary new cloud based advertising platform that allows advertisers and brands to deliver high definition, full screen adverts, coupons and click-through offers to subscribers via its smartphone application. Once installed, every time the subscriber receives an inbound call or text message CellAd will pay the subscriber a fee in the form of cash or other agreed medium.

There are currently two subsidiaries

CellAd is a digital media company based in Ireland that has developed, along with its partners, a revolutionary advertising platform that allows advertisers and brands to deliver high definition, full screen adverts, coupons and click-through offers to subscribers every time that subscriber receives an inbound call or text message on their smartphone.


ANAV is a development stage real estate Investment Company.
Given the downturn in the real estate and property markets since 2009, the company had a strategy of buying land and property at distressed prices and holding them until the markets returned to sell from a profit. It currently owns two lots of development land in Colorado.

AdKash is a downloadable Android application that displays an advertisement every time an AdKash user ansers an inbound call or views a text message. Users will download AdKash because they get paid each time an advertisement is displayed. The AdKash app is still in beta so users will not get paid per display until the AdKash app is fully tested and completes its beta test phase.

Vincent Browne, Chairman and interim CFO
Vincent has a proven record of success in the ICT sector with a career spanning over 25 years. During this time he has served at senior management levels in large multinationals and public companies.

Currently Chairman and CFO of Flint Telecom Group Inc, a U.S. publicly traded company (FLTT.PK). Since founding Flint in 2005, Vincent has built the business from inception to peak annual revenues of $34 million for FY 2010. Flint ranked 72 and 78 in the Deloitte North America Technology Fast 500™ for 2010 and 2011 respectively.

Previously Vincent was Head of Procurement with Esat Telecom Group, Ireland's leading competitive, operator and quoted on NASDAQ. In this position, he managed annual expenditure in excess of $250 million and also managed the carrier services wholesale division of with responsibility for unit profitability as well as supporting retail sales and subscriber acquisition programs. Esat Telecom was purchased by BT for $3.2 billion in June 2000. Vincent’s formative career was with Siemens in Ireland managing the Products Business Segment with annual revenues in excess of $50 million and 8 years of profitability.

Vincent holds a BComm degree from University College Dublin and is a regular contributor in commercialization of research and technology projects with the Technology and Enterprise Campus at Trinity College Dublin.


Seán McVeigh, CEO
Seán McVeigh is a successful technology entrepreneur and has been operating in the technology sector for over 20 years and has founded and grown a number of technology start-ups. He has served at senior management level in a US multi-national company and in a global 500 company.

Prior to CellAd, Seán founded a voice biometric company VoxLoc, which has used its technology to secure online and remote transactions in over 50 countries. Previously, Seán founded Dorkel, a mobile signalling company in 2005. He grew its business, established Dorkel as a global supplier and sold the business to a US based multinational, Via One where Seán became SVP Sales and General Manager for Europe.

Seán’s previous roles included being a business advisor to KKP, a private investment fund in Eastern Europe and successfully launching an online scientific concept communication company. Seán began his career with BP rising to managing commercial and technical businesses units.

He holds an MBA from University College Dublin, an MSc by research from Trinity College Dublin and BA, BAI. (Hons) Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
