To my knowledge extrapolate is to take multiple facts and draw a conclusion from those facts.
All the known (by us) data about teco recently leads me to extrapolate the conclusion of higher volume trading and pps pushing up some ahead of expected news. That is not happening however. Why? Add the data of low volume and stagnant pps and you could extrapolate that something is fishy here, perhaps with Belize. Or conclude that we don't have the data to explain a stagnant pps and low interest in buying Teco right now. Is the missing piece of data as simple as people being wary of Teco until they hear something official? I hope that's the case. Meanwhile I'm holding 1.6m shares and watching the market every day.
