Federated National Holding Company Announces 2013 Annual Shareholders Meeting Date SUNRISE, Fla., July 10, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Federated National Holding Company (Nasdaq:FNHC), a Florida-based provider of insurance, today announced that it plans to hold its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the Company's executive offices located at 14050 N.W. 14 Street, Suite 180, Sunrise, Florida 33323. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 8, 2013 will be eligible to vote at the meeting. The Company will mail and provide access to its definitive proxy materials to its shareholders prior to the Annual Meeting.
