Global Eagle Entertainment Completes Acquisition of Post Modern Group, LLC WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. & IRVINE, Calif., July 10, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Eagle Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq:ENT) ("Global Eagle") today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Post Modern Group, LLC ("PMG") for up to approximately $24 million in a combination of cash and stock.
