I didnt think Hecla's Mexican mine was in Baja- here from Hecla's website its on the mainland- besides the city of Durango in the state of the same name the railroad tracks alone confirm mainland location because no railroads in Baja except along the USA border
all in reference to the statement on the fb page indicating Hecla had baja operations as "the oldest precious metals mining co in Baja" so maybe Hecla had a baja mine some time ago
