so Texas court should decide venue question 1st which may make everything in Tex case moot/irrelevant-so I'm waiting for texas to address that instead of just ignore as they are doing so far- for an appellate court can reverse all a trial court does when a trial court does not have jurisdiction and ignores a proper motion to dismiss based on lack of Tex jurisdiction-which CWRN supported w law and exhibits in its motion to dismiss Tex case
