Chris Clarke has had since March 1st to take actio

Chris Clarke has had since March 1st to take action. He intuitively knows about this situation, yet allows it to continue unabated and remains mum on the issue. Why? Is there a reason or an incentive to allow this to continue? CYBK shareholders have been placed in harms way as a result and this is clearly an injustice to the public shareholders and is actionable under the law if proved correct.
