Re: microcaps #56

and one of the recent momo players who pumped the stock -now that the recent momos have sold their long positions-are some of them playing the shorter game now? -says its obvious the former IR sold his stock-its obviously not true based on the 250,000 share transaction apparently referred to because former IR had/apparently still has many many millions of shares-not just 250,000 shares

hope the company can give us some more info-logic would dictate they obviously have a plan, for them to go thru all the trouble of acquiring  a new mine- and its also logical to have to raise A/S so they can execute the plan via a JV or whatever-but the spectre of dilution is part of the culture of fear purposely created by shorters to destroy everything in their path-shorters always imply the CEO is on a drunken joyride tossing shares out the window as he careens thru town in a stolen car

example-if a co issues shares for services rather than paying out cash- that is not automatic dilution-if the co/shareholders get equal or better value for shares issued its  a good thing because conserves cash for needed operations

another example -anybody w a double digit IQ should recognize issuance of shares is a given until any company either has net income or some other source of funds to get it over the hump to productions-if the choice is between no issuance and death of the co vs issuance and progress I'd take progress every time- but again shorters play the culture of fear-which rejects all logic

so the very fact they plan on raising the A/S shows they have plans-which is a good thing- and are not going to just go bellyup and disappear lime many companies rudely do

another shorters game is to pile on a bunch of speculative future negatives knowing the human constitution is not built to handle a panoply of future armageddon negatives-wisdom says each day has enough trouble of its own and does not need to go psycho because of some distant possible negative -while of course all the logical future intervening positives are completely ignored

the A/S apparently CANNOT be raised til the Sept stockholders meeting because it has been noted as an issue for that meeting-again logic lost on many traders- by which time the co logically will have given us more info -so why trade now in a scare to sell when the perceived negative event cannot occur for months -while positive events could intervene-

anybody is free to post these things to lieflub- I didnt feel like posting there today amidst the nonsense
