1993 - Hannover House begins business as a private small boutique book publisher in California. "Hannover House" is the d/b/a ("doing business as") releasing label of Truman Press, Inc.
2003 - Current CEO Eric Parkinson purchases Hannover House with the intent to add DVD merchandise to its existing product lines
2007 - Hannover House expanded into Theatrical Distribution.
2008 - Truman Press, Inc. was redomiciled and registered as an ARKANSAS corporation -- where the offices were essentially operating from.
2009 (December) - Eric Parkinson And Fred Shefte take Hannover House Public via Reverse Stock Swap Merger via Target Development Group (TDGI)
2010 - The Company inherited an initial share structure of 10 Billion Authorized Shares from TDGI. At the suggestion of Shareholders, the Company Voluntarily Reduced Authorized Shares to 700 Million Shares. (Further Reduced to 600 Million in 2013).
2012 - The Company's Name and Ticker was officially changed to Hannover House (HHSE).
2013 - Hannover House Partners with NanoTech and Ventures into VODWiz and the NTEK / IPTV with Revolutionary, New 4K Technolgy which catapults HHSE to the forefront of the "New Media Wars".
