Hello Thank you for your interest and concern. I cannot comment publicly regarding a merger or aqcuisition at this time. Until negotiations are finalized and reported to the SEC and BCSC, I cannto offer any definitive information. Clearly my goal is to keep current values wholesome and shareholder friendly, while rebuilding the Company.
