in case anyone was wondering, Ive been backtracking some of the thought processes in regards to DUTV and other connections.

Though DUTV has been silent and like a ghost in some respects, if the hints about  ipv6/H.265/729.1 and etc are correct, then one would expect to find sign of that technology in SingTel, (7.27.09 Expansion), Amino, (7.28.09 Joined Forces), JNAP, (9,29.09 neutral carrier ),......Torq, (1.24.13 VOIP/IPTV-Telecom)...........

When you break it down, the evidence of these technologies showing up corroborates that line of thought.........it doesn't guarantee it, but rather an indicator.  The fact that DUTV has informed us of connections, (but remains hidden) and there is a silent partner mentioned several times in this same group of associated companies is another supportive piece of evidence, not a guarantee,....but an indicator.

All in all I like what is being found, but wait for news, Q or K for conformation.......biding time till..........Uptown Downtown Party.......Rock On!
