Everyone can provide their own reasoning. I'll share mine: The release of material news

I have looked at several micro-cap OTC finance companies. If BCAP can reduce its share structure with a share buyback it will be in very good shape. A revenue generating business will put BCAP in the right spot.

As a comparison:
SOHL -- O/S: 19.18M, market cap: $2.68M, last trade: $0.14
BCAP -- O/S: 2.36B, market cap: $0.71M, last trade: $0.0003

You'll note two things:
-- larger market cap, drastically lower O/S

I believe a lower O/S is a good thing, and a buyback is the way to effect it.
