Seems like posting about the stock/company is what a stock forum is all about, not bashing others that have a contrary view of things. Hitler squashed his dissenters in 1939 for not agreeing with him.
That said, what chance does this company really have to survive? The DTCC sent letters to ALL companies on their restricted list stating why they had taken their action and asking for the company to rebuttal with info that would show the DTCC was incorrect and should not be on the list of chill, etc. The company had/has the opportunity to respond. The DTCC will consider and make a ruling. If this company doesn't agree, they submit the issue to the SEC for arbitration.
This is all good. Has the company complied with the offer? Apparently not, as we haven't heard anything. Doubt we will, but that is the way of the pinks.
